2. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices displayed include applicable taxes, airline fees, and service charges.
  • Airfares are only guaranteed after full payment and ticket issuance.
  • We may charge your credit or debit card in multiple transactions to reflect the total amount due.
  • In case of pricing errors or discrepancies, we reserve the right to cancel or amend your booking.

3. Booking & Confirmation

  • All bookings are subject to availability and are not confirmed until the e-ticket is issued.
  • Confirmation emails and e-tickets will be sent to the email provided during booking.
  • Customers must review booking details upon receipt and notify us immediately of any discrepancies.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Most airline tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-changeable unless stated otherwise.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of booking may be eligible for a refund, subject to a processing fee and airline policies.
  • If a flight is canceled directly with the airline, the customer must notify Holiday Trips for refund processing.
  • Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days but may take longer depending on airline policies.

5. Changes & Amendments

  • Name corrections and itinerary changes are subject to airline policies and additional fees.
  • Some changes may not be permitted after ticket issuance.
  • If an airline modifies or cancels a flight, we will assist with alternative options, but final decisions rest with the airline.

6. Travel Documentation & Visa Requirements

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, and any required travel permits.
  • Holiday Trips does not provide visa services, and failure to obtain necessary documentation does not qualify for a refund.
  • Some countries require transit visas even for layovers—travelers must verify all entry and transit requirements.

7. Baggage & Airline Policies

  • Baggage allowances vary by airline and ticket class. Customers should check directly with the airline for baggage fees and restrictions.
  • Airlines may impose extra charges for additional baggage or oversized luggage.

8. Name Accuracy & Boarding

  • The name on the ticket must match the government-issued ID or passport.
  • Airlines may deny boarding if the name is incorrect, and name corrections are subject to fees.

9. Flight Schedule Changes & Delays

  • Airlines reserve the right to modify flight schedules due to operational requirements.
  • We are not responsible for missed connections due to airline schedule changes but will assist with alternative options.

10. Travel Insurance & Health Precautions

  • We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unexpected cancellations, medical emergencies, baggage loss, and other unforeseen circumstances.
  • Customers must comply with all vaccination and health requirements for their destination.

11. Special Requests & Unaccompanied Minors

  • Special services (e.g., seat selection, meal preferences) must be requested directly with the airline at least 72 hours before departure.
  • For unaccompanied minors, customers must check airline-specific policies before booking.

12. Airline & Flight Responsibility

  • We act as a travel booking platform and are not responsible for airline-initiated cancellations, delays, or operational failures.
  • If a flight is rescheduled or canceled, we will assist in finding alternative options, but final decisions rest with the airline.

13. Force Majeure & Extraordinary Circumstances

  • We are not responsible for disruptions caused by events beyond our control, including:
    • Natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, hurricanes, etc.)
    • War, terrorism, strikes, or government restrictions
    • Airline bankruptcy or operational failures
  • Refunds in such cases will be subject to airline and supplier policies.

14. Promotional Offers & Discounts

  • Discounts and promotional fares are subject to availability and may change without prior notice.
  • Offers cannot be combined with other discounts unless explicitly stated.
